Book a Complimentary Discovery Call
During your Complimentary Discovery Call we will get to know YOU and the travel experience you are looking for. We will discuss different options, budget and include you in the whole process every step of the way.
Due to the complexity, continual changes, expansive knowledge required now to have a stress free and seamless vacation, we require each of our clients to complete a Professional Travel Service Agreement, which includes a fee, this fee depends on the complexity of the trip you are looking at. We will discuss this during our Discovery Call and send you a follow up email with your Professional Travel Service Agreement attached for you to complete.
Our Signature Planning Process & Package Options
Now that we know what you are looking for and our services are covered, we are ready to start recommending, at this step we will work directly with you and send you a detailed Proposal outlaying your trip hitting all of your needs and want's including trip information, pricing, travel insurance, terms & conditions, current travel restrictions and protocols, with no detail unturned.
Upon acceptance of our Proposal we will then get you booked and manage all of the details with our suppliers we have established relationships with to make sure your whole process is seamless, that every detail is covered including regular updates on current travel restrictions and protocols.
